Description: Application to construct an 18,902-SF church building to serve as a worship space and multi-purpose facility for up to 500 attendees. A 2,160 SF storage shed is also proposed.

Original Public Comment Period: Closed. Comment is now being accepted for the appeal to the Board of Commissioners.

This application decision has been appealed and will now be re-reviewed by the Benton County Board of Commissioners. The public appeal hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at the Kalapuya Building: 4500 SW Research Way, Corvallis.
