The Oregon State University (OSU) Oregon Explorer Program has created a interactive map to view various climate and geographic design criteria for specific sites. This tool helps developers adhere to the Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) and the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC).
What is the Benton County Building Code?
In addition to the Oregon state codes, Benton County enforces specific building codes to make our communities safer using modern building techniques. These are outlined in Chapter 11 of the Benton County Code of Ordinances.
