Written testimony related to LU-24-027, the application for the proposed expansion of Coffin Butte landfill, can be submitted using the form below.

The submission deadline for written comments to be included in the staff report was 5 p.m. on April 21, 2025. Comments submitted between 5:01 p.m. on April 21 and the start of the public hearing on April 29 will be delivered to the Planning Commission at the hearing on April 29. The Commission will not have had time to read them in advance.

Written comments are also being accepted through email, postal mail, and hand delivery to the County’s Kalapuya building. Find more information on the Coffin Butte Landfill webpage. If you would like to submit an attachment, please email it to publiccomment@bentoncountyor.gov.
