Benton County invites you to submit written testimony related to the Coffin Butte landfill expansion application, LU-24-027, using the form below.

Written comments are also being accepted through email, postal mail, and hand delivery to the County’s Kalapuya building. Find more information on the Coffin Butte Landfill webpage. If you would like to submit an attachment, please email it to publiccomment@bentoncountyor.gov.

Please note: In order for written comments to be included in the staff report, they must be submitted by 5 p.m. on April 21, 2025.

Written comments received after the staff report is posted and before the April 29 Public Hearing will be provided to the Planning Commission at the Public Hearing; however, the Commission will not have had time to read them in advance.
