ePermitting (Licensed Contractors Only)
Licensed contractors may submit electrical, mechanical, & plumbing permit applications online through Oregon’s ePermitting system when:
- No portion of the property is in the floodplain.
- No plan review is required
ePermitting Search Capabilities
Anyone can use Oregon’s ePermitting system to search for permits that have been uploaded by a participating jurisdiction. Building permits in Benton County dating back to 2001 can be retrieved in this system, including the following information:
- Permit status
- Outstanding actions
- Fees due
- Inspections
